IDoes anyone have random walk theory?

Now that I know that the applications are not being processed in a chronological order, I am wondering what makes them process an application dated Sept 2002 prior to the one received in Jan 2002. Any theories? Seriously, no jokes please.

If I get the exact data of at least 3 years from now then I might put it togather into a graph and then work out some formula which we could use as an expected date of approval basing on the ramdom walk theory.

But dont you think our entry was not based on any MA's Cross or RSI. If we had known that probably we could have entered at exact time which takes the least amount of time.

One similar kind of estimation is available on rupnet.com. I am not sure what they are using to determine the tentative date, but it might be close.
