Hello guys.
I had applied for my canadian immigration, few years back. Still awaiting for the interview. Mean while the consulate wants all the people to fill up the forms once again due to their new law.
Now since last couple of years i have changed my profession to computer graphics designing. And i do not hold a bachelors degree in computer graphics designing. I'm married and my wife has bachelors in accounting and i can show work experience in accounting for her. So will it be a bad idea if i change the primary applicant. Means make my wife the primary applicant not me.

What are the posibility of getting the immigration.

Thanx

It clearly mentioned in the CIC cite that who ever (either you or your wife) get the maximum points (75) should be the primary applicant. Go ahead but make sure that you don't mention anywhere about your previous application Otherwise processing will take time verifying both the applications.

You can not switch the applicants as you wish. If your wife is going to be the Principal applicant she will have to apply as principal applicant.

Change of profession will not affect your immigration application as long as it is in the NOC list open for immigration.

You can claim points for your wife education, in addition to your education.
