I will be eligible for ctzship on 6/12/2009, which will also mark tenth year since I came to US. Still hanging around to a city I first arrived in, about nine years ago.
I am counting down...
if you were approved sep 16 2005, shouldnt you be eligible on june 16 2009,
not june 12,
i was approved on aug 16 2005, am i eligible for citizenship on may 16 or may 12 2009?

My Major concern, most of us who applied for GC in 1999 & 2000 have to wait 5 yrs to get their GC cases get approved, because of a huge backlog. Now that same large number of cases are getting ready to file for USC, I am expecting another long delay for most of us, who will be filing for USC end of this yr and next yr, What everybody else think?
