Can some one clarify the following:

My Original I-94 in the passport is valid until dec, 2003. Changed employer in 2001 and received H1 petition approval along with new I-94. Never stamped the new H1visa in the passport.

Applied for Advance Parole and approved until 05/04. Planning to go to India and return on AP.

Should I surrender the Original I-94 or the I-94 received with the second H1 petition.

--- You have to surrender both the I-94 (old one+ new that came with Second H1) when depart ask the airline counter to give you staple or pin, staple both I-94 and give it to them then it goes to BCIS records. Keep the copy of both the I-94 (front and back) for your future records.
You can get new H1 stamp enter with new H1 stamp if EAD not used or use AP
