My I94/H1B expires in November 2003. I should be getting my Advance Parol papers before that.
My lawyer is also applying for H1B extension.

2 Questions:

If I enter the US with Advance parole papers, do I get an I94?

What happens to my expired I94 after Nov 2003 if I dont leave the country?

-- It stays with you, when you depart US you are supposed to surrender all the I-94 at airline counter; it is better if you keep copy of your all the I-94 front and back with you for future records
