A friend of mine recently got his H1B transferred. His H1B got approved but the I94 number at the bottom is all zeroes. What does this mean?. Can he get stpamped in ST. Louis?. Please share your experience.
Maybe a print error. call the relevant service center and find out why I94 has wrong number.
Your friend can go to nearest INS application service center or nearest POE and get a new I94... Better do it ASAP
