I94 Question - please respond

Hi
I am about to apply 485 but i noticed that my spouse I94 was expired 15days back. but she had her new H1. so i am going to send a copy of h1 along with her i94 to show that she is not out of status. WIll it be o.k
if i send her h1 copy?

Status question

My husband changed from company A to B in June 2000. I came on A\'s h4 (expiring Mar 01). I did not convert to B\'s H4 since my h1 processing started on July 2000 and i started working from Oct 2000.
Currently we are going to apply for i485. Will I be considered out of status for the period June 2000 to Oct 2000 ?
Also, I am going to get my h1 stamped when we visit India in Nov 01. Do we need to advance parole to return back. (we both have h1)
