I94 Issue & Cancelling visa appointment

Hello,

I need help on a couple of issues:

1. When we (my wife and me) checked in our luggage at Newark, NY airport, the perosn at the count collected my I94 but fogot to collect my wife's I94. Will this pose an issue at US immigration when we return? If so, what kind of issue and what to do about it?

2. I tried to access the Mumbai visa website (www.visa-services.com) for cancelling my visa stamping appointment. The site indicated as loaded but the page is blank. Has anyone else faced this issue, if so what is the remedy?

No issue will be driven when you all will be coming back to USA. In some cases ppl even lost their I-94, so when they leave, they simply don't present it or say its not with them.

Not really sure why its doing it, could be server problem or the internet connection problem from the place you are trying to access the page. It could also be when you tried to cancel the appointment, the server was functioning well, but just after you click to cancel, it could have been disrupted.
