I94 expiring in 5 days

Hi

My I-94 is expiring in 5 days, My renewed passport and Visa are still valid for atleast another year. here is what I have done uptil now
1) CBP: I contacted USCIS office in SFO and they declined.
I called CBP of SFO airport and they declined
I called Seattle CBP and they declined
2)I looked for the option on leaving the country and comming bcak, canada is close so I applied for canadian visa but they told me that it will take 10 days to precess this for Pakistani citizens, I dont have that much time.
I will check with mexican consulate on Monday but i highly doubt they will agree to give visit visa so urgently (in a day or two)
Looks I am only option is Pakistan (2000$ ticket) which is too expensive.

3) I researched renewal through San deigo Mexico border. This looks the easist and cheapest option but it looks very risky, here are the risks
- Pakistani citizens needs special registration at the port of exit. But it looks like there is no exit at the border which means I will be exiting the US without registration. I am afraid they might not let me in
- I dont have Mexico visa, how can I enter Mexico without Visa. Even if they let me enter (which I am sure they will) is it legal to enter mexico without Visa?
- CBP officers told me that when i leave border it wont be counted as exit. which means tere will be no "DEPARTURE RECORDED" stamp on my visa. What if they wont let me enter sayin that they dnt have record of me leaving?
- The process looks too simple to be true.

Any advise ASAP will be appreciated

Thanks,

I assume yo mean H1 expiry, The expiry date is 09/2011. The employer is not willing to file H1 extension so it looks like this is not an option. They recently filed I-140 last month

You do not need an extension of your approval, just a new I-94.

Since you must wait for a visa, you will either need to return to your home country or be illegally present until you receive a visa to another country. You should check to see if appearing at the consulate in person can expedite the processing. I do not know if this is an option for Canada or Mexico but family members have done so for other countries. There are other countries that might be able to accommodate you.

-------------------------If your H1 approval notice is valid till 09/2011 and your H1 visa stamp is also valid till 09/2011 then why your I-94 is going to expire in 5 days? when you last entred US you were supposed to get I-94 till 09/2011.
