I94 expires on 11th may

I have a B1 visa and my I94 expires on the 11th of May 2009....I wanted to know that is it ok if i leave US on the 11th of may itself....?? Or it is necessary to leave on the 10th of May...??

If the date stamped on your I-94 is May 11th you can leave on that day and still be in compliance.

I am just wondering why you were given a 3 month I-94 and not a 6 month. You have a white coloured I-94 and not a green coloured I-94W right?
