Hello,

I have a problem, maybe someone will help me?

So, last year I entered US with B1/B2 visa (trourist), I got I94 with stamp
for a month. I went to local lawyer to extend my visa, I filled forms and
paid fee. I received notice letter from INS (case type I539). I have been
for less than 0.5 year in US. I got approved for H1B. I didnt get answer
about my visa extension from INS. I went to my country to change my status
from B1/B2 to H1B. And I didnt get H1B visa because a was too long in US -
longer than stamp on I94, but what about my extension?

So, what I can do next? Is any chance to get visa? Help me!

Thanks

Regards,
Mindaugas

If you overstayed more than 6 months, it\'s a mandatory 3 years bar
and it\'s all over.
If not, go to US consulate again and explain your situation.
Good luck,
