The immigration officer had put in a wrong date on my I94 and when I pointed out the mistake he scratched it and put a new date.I m on L1B blanket visa ( specialised knowledge) and it has expired.I94 as per the new date is valid . I wanted to know whether I will have any problems in getting a new visa for entering US. Also I have been looking for the petition expiry date but was not able to get it. Can anybody please point out where to look for this date. What is the importance of this date ??Is it this date or the I94 date which decides your stay in US ??
