I94 Confusion---Help Me*********

Hi All,

When I entered into US they gave I94 based on my visa stamp validity with my old employer till Apr 2007. Recently I got H1 Approval and I94 till 2009 with my new employer.
I am planning to go to india in next month. Do I need to surrender two I94's one is with passport and another one is with New H1 B approval at the time of departure to airline counter?.

YOu need to surrender both. you'll get new I-94 based on the company you are working for when you come back to the US.
