I94 card and EAD

I badly need your advice!

Our I485 is pending. My husband is working using EAD. The I-94 he has right now will expire in March, 2007 (which was based on H4). Does he need to extend his I-94 before its expiration or there is NO need to extend since we are under the adjustment of status? Thank you very much for any suggestion you may have!

IMO, he is covered.
For his stay in the US he is covered because his current status is pending adjustment of status (485 is filed).
For work, he has EAD.

For traveling, he will need to obtain Advance Parol. Keep it handy because you never know when you may need it.
