I94 and Employer Information

Sir/Madam,

If the I94 has no mention of the employer, how can we go about obtaining that information. Is there a website, or is there a phone service by USCIS to get this information?

In essence, how do we prove that the TN is tied to the correct employer, if requested for proof , if the I94 doesnt have any information ?
 
The empoyer fills an I-9, at which time they get the information form the USCIS through e-verify.
The online I-94 should however have some note as to the sponsor, but who knows these days, with electronic I-94.
 
The employer got a successful report that authorizes work , but the report does not show the employer name. This is their concern. I tried it on self-verify and I also cannot get any employer information. What do you advise ? Should I request a detailed report by going to the field office ?
 
They have complied with E-verify, so it is done. What does your firm suspect? That you got another TN with another sponsor on the same day?!

What does your electronic I-94 say?
 
afaik, electronic I94s do not list the employer info. They just list the date and port of entry and the status in which you were allowed to enter the US
 
What does the paper one typically show. TN are still being issued on paper at borders, no?
 
Paper shows departure number, admitted stamp, TN number, date of expiry, name, country of citizenship, birthday and your initial US visit.

Yes, they're still paper, stapled onto the passport
