I am a US citizen and i sponsoring my spouse for green card. i am a student and lives with my husband. I am also a dependant of my parents in their most tax return. I live in a different state with my husband . Since I dont have any income, I am using my parents income to meet the minimum income requirements.

I have filled i-864
my father filled i-864
my mother filled i-864A

Plz tell me .. Am i Right or Not?
