I864 & AOS Payment

I just received emails from NVC today, which sent me the Choice of Agent forms as well as instruction to make payment for the Affidavit of Support (AOS). I have questions on both the AOS payment and I864 forms.

Since I am applying I130 for both my parents, do we need to pay twice AOS payment? I read somewhere that for US citizen, I only need to pay $88 per case. So, I am not sure whether I need to pay $88 for both my father and mother.

Would the NVC send us the I-864 form with barcode attach as well, which we need to use? Or can I just download the I-864 from their website and fill in the information and mail to them once I have made the payment online?

Did you submit only $88 for the case or $88 for each of the parent?
