NewToForum: Please let us know if you got any status change due to phone enquiry to USICS.

Similar situation for my wife

My wifes GC was returned with the same msg.We did not receive approval notice for me or my wife, only the lawyer received it..So, my lawyer called and they re-sent the GC after 17 days. Finally, we got the card...

Dont know why such a problem happened in the first place..Anyways, alls well that ends well.

Was there any LUD on your case ? What are they saying when you called them again ?

They take down all the information and also the new and old address and all they say in return is that wait for another 30 days and see if anything happens..

I talked to my lawyer, she said I need to call them (USCIS) to get the address corrected etc. She would not be able to do anything. Is that true ?

What does your lawyer say ?
