i765 was denied

I received letter:
Your i-765 form was denied, because in our record your were granted asylum.
But i not received any other letter and when i check status online and it said my reciept not found.
Interview was in september 2009 and this letter i reveived in november 2009.

In letter said if you not received did not received card, contact asylum office.

What i should do??? Just wait? Or call?
How long it take: update online system and send me papers after aproval?

It sounds that You were granted asylum.
Go to the asylum office and show them the I-765 letter that your received from the service center.

Every asylum office has one day a week dedicated for a walk-in inquiries.

Asylum office in San-francisco. I live in Seattle area (WA) and in Seattle we have local office.
So i need contact with SF office right? I call them by phone number 415-293-1234, but always automatic transfer me to voice mail.
Do they have any other phone number that i can call them??? Thanks.
