I765 eFile - ASAP Help Needed

Helo,

My EAD is expiring middle of next month and I am tying to e-file today and I have couple of questions.

Q: Manner of last entry ?
There is no option to select H1B in the provided list box. Could you pls tell me what I have to do now !!! When I talk to the immigration officer she said if the H1B option is not there it is better to submit by sending normal mail.

My 485 is pending at Vermont Service Center. Please suggest me what is the better option for me.

Many posts on this board say paper filing is faster than E-Filing.

I was told to choose H1 and My EAD was approved on 2nd and rcvd card yesterday

15. Current Immigration Status(Visitor, Student etc.,)
What do I have to mention. I don't have H1 and have EAD and payrole.
do I have to mention EAD or EMPLOYEMENT AUTHORIZATION DOCUMENT or ADVNACE PAYROLE !!!

there is an option to the end if i recall correctly..
else just use H - ability or whatever else it says...that should be good...
 
That depends on how you LAST enterd US. Enter H1 if you never used AP to enter US. If you have used AP the use Pending Adustment od Status
