I765 approved ???

Hello ,

I have applied for AOS of H1 to GC based on marriage to USC.. today I received email that I765 is approved and EAD card will be mailed in 30 days.

What should I mean for it ?? I am h1 ;;; so I can change my employer without using H1 transfer ???

If anyone can explain this situation ..it would be grate help to me..
