I751 new card ordered--question

I receive a email from I751 CASE at 1:00pm to say
we order a new card on May30 2012. you will get the new card within 30days.
but at 8:45pm at night, they sent me a email again. the information is the same as 1:pm
what they are doing for this at night?? anybody know it?

They upload bulk info periodically from a LAN to a mainframe and sometimes duplicate messages are generated. Only worry if is it changes to cancelled or reopened.
