My family applied I485 at Oct. 18, 2002 (with my I140 NIW) at VSC. My wife's and mine are approved Sept. 2, 2004, but not my son. Anyone have similar situation or have knowledge can help me figure out what's going on in VSC, and what should I do in case they forget my son?
At first, I thought it might the finger prints, since when we apply, my son is less than 14 years old, no it is over. But it seems unlikely because both me and my wife had a 2nd FP on July 28, 2004, after my I140 was approved on July 9, 2004. It VSC require a finger print from him, they would done it at that time.
