Please help or give me some advice,
I'm married to a us citizen and we never been together coz' he had a duty in Iraq til he came back we decided to divorce. I lost my F-1 visa while i was living with his family. because he didnt provide me any support. He applied I-485 for me. However, My I485 was denied on August 1,2007 which is I dont know the reason why. I didnt get the letter to notice me about it because his family didnt send it to me., and they tried to hurt me by saying that they will call the immigration to deport me.
Right now we r separated and he filed the divorce in WA. Its not finalised yet. I wonder how long can I stay here in the US after divorce. I know i made a mistake to marry a guy i thought he was a nice person ( hes not at al). Also, he is in thailand looking for someone else right now while im here in the us waiting him to schedule my court hearing.
