I485 Vs I140

Hi,

My wife is planning to go for H4 visa. She is my dependent and She has filed for I485 recently. I was reading these forums and few people are suggesting that I485 is not immigrant visa petition but it is just adjustment of status petition. My wife has filed only for I485 and she never filed I140. What should she answer in question 36?Gurus please reply.

----her answer will be NO if the item 36 asks if any Immigration petition filed for you....
