see Charts attached. The 485 submits have not happened according to PD for majority of India applicants. There are many many late arrivals (continuing..) with early PD. Don't know how the approvals will happen now.

I wouldn't call this a "trend"

I see only very few data points plotted -- it is probably gathered from a very very minor subset of 485 applicants.

It is not representative of anything.
My suggestion: take it for what it is - don't try to infer anything based on this.
