I applied for I130 and I485 concurrently back in Nov of 2006 based on marriage. Got finger pinted in December and received my EAD in March and was interviewed with my wife on April 24. I haven't heard anything from them so far because of name check. My Lawyer is not doing anything. I called him but all he did was an inquiry which came back as my case is at third party review / investigation agency (God knows what is this). I also recently applied for Advacne Parole after waiting so long. I also contacted Congressman Nick Lampson (Houston) office and they were asking me what can they do for me. and i told them all the above story and they said they will try to contact the agency.
Please let me know best possible way out this if somehad the similar case.
