I485 RFE no response more than 60 days

I have applied for i485 employment base for me and my family on May 5 2002. On July 2004 I received an RFE for me asking for my FIN based on the NsEERs registration since I am from Egypt. My wife received an RFE because they did not find her birth certificate. On August 15, my laywer responded to both RFEs basicaly for me, I did not need to provide the FIN number since I was Paroled the last time I entered.
On August 18th I received an email certifying that they received the RFE response.

It has been more than 60 days now and there is no response whatsoever on my case ? what should I do ?

There's no guarantee your case will be processed within 60 days after the RFE response. I'd give it another 30 days; it is reasonable to expect to hear something within 90 or so but even then there are no guarantees.

did u hear anything about ur case.please post if u get any thing from ins.
is ur case with local district office or service center.

How to open the Inquiry

It have been 120 days now since the RFE response I submitted. My case is in the Texas service center. My 485 filling date is 3 MAy 2002 and they have already passed this day.

How can I open an inquiry ?

I called the service center and the response is to wait untill they pass my date by 30 days. They are now in 31 May 2002 ?

What should I do ?
