I485 receipt question

I got I-485 receipt from CSC. It said it took 975 to 999 days to process this type of case. It's alomost 3 years. Did you receipt say the similar thing?

The receipt notices I have seen from CSC show the same information. Practically, CSC approves by 9months or longer depending on case.
