My LC and i140 is approved under EB2 . And my i485 application packet reached Phoenix USCIS on 18th May 2010. I am born in India and My Wife is born in Fiji. And we have used cross chargeability rule to apply i485 so that there may not be so many number of years of delay for the priority date.
So far our checks are not encashed by USCIS and I haven't received the receipt notice yet. How much delay can I expect as per current situation? Does my cross-chargeability case can cause further delay in this? Thanks.
