Got a call from the Senator's Office that my I 485 was approved today. Online message has not been updated. Unable to get through to AVM. Hope and pray that this is true!
FP would have expired on April17 (after 15months).

Congrates....it's finally came through for you..

I also faxed my letter/copies of 485 to my local senator office and got called by someone from his office very next day with reply....Yuor case is assigned to an officer and not sitting in shelf to be picked and should be soon in next 30 days some kind of decision. To be honest i'm keep hearing this message from those a@@h@@@s, since sep16th.2002. So guys calling senator, is of no use in my case..

Update

Wanted to confirm what the Senator's office told me.
Finally got through to the IIO after 90minutes of trying.. was on hold for 20 minutes. and then the lady asks for my EAC# and says :- "Looks like you have gone congressional - you need to keep following up this with them"! I told her that I was told that may case was approved and that I had called to verify and she repeated the same sentence and hung up!!
I hope AVM get updated with the AVM today!!!!!!!!!
