I485 processing times update NSC

Hi srireddy

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Yes they moved a month forward in 15 days interval!!
:)

is it RD or ND

Now Processing Cases with Receipt Notice Date of: 8/31/02

Does it mean Receipt date or ND. I have more than a month difference in RD and ND

------------

RD: Sept 02
ND: Oct 02

Rd

The column under USCIS website says:

Now processing Cases with Receipt notice date of:

I believe it is RD.

Muntasir,

I'm in the same boat man.ND Dec 5 2002(EB3).No RFE ,no status change.

I hope this will be over soon.

As long as they are not moving back, it is a good sign. Thanks for the update.

Do you have any idea, if I-485 is moving fast with NSC, processing only the cases with PD prior to January 2002. since January 5th 2005, it has moved from 05/31/2002 to 08/31/2002. Are they processing the I-485's with receipt date of 08/31/2002, having the priority date prior to January 2002.

If they do like that atleast my case will be opened b'cos i have been waiting with a PD of Jul'2000.So my guess is they are not doing that.

I don't think NSC is giving any attention to the PD...
