Please advice your expert opinion in my case.
I came to use companyA got I-94 Aug 2003 and later I changed to another company B on March 2003 and i got receipt number and H1 processing it was going with mutiple queries on company B,eductiaon evaluation.......soon till March 2004 ( almost 1year) and then I changed to another company C and i got new approval but they gave I-94 April 2004 on wards.
SO I don't have I94 between sep 2004 to april 2004 but I have company B receipt number when filed for mt H1 will that be problem for my I485 processing?
Suppose company B h1b is denied on feb 2004 ( Which i don't know during time) will that be problem for my I485 processing?
