I485 processing in NSC ==> 3/3/07; TSC ==> 3/15/07, Just came out!!!

What Does this mean

Does this mean that they would process all the applications till March 97?
What about the transferred cases to this center, where RD dates are as old as 2004? What matters here Pirioirty date or RD?
Please advice. Thanks

My understanding is that NSC is supposedly processing cases received on or about March 3, 2007.
 
"processing" is a vauge term at NSC and should be treated as such.
They are still "processing" applications from as early as 2002.

Even if they are processing one case out of the millions they have, then the date can be set to that day. Does not mean all the other cases have been looked at or have been worked on. Its MAX(record picked for processing).I waited for over a year for I140 from the day the processing dates of mine showed current.
 
it looks like NSC and TSC have updated the processing times.

NSC --> Sept 24, 2006

TSC --> Sept 11, 2006
