i485 photo question

I took passport size( 2 Inch X 2 Inch ) photos for i485 from AAA. Is it okay if i cut the photos by myself as per INS specifications?

Absolutely. That\'s how we cut ourselves.

As long as the photos follow the specifications in the closest way, you can cut the photos. Absolutely!!!

INS pictures

INS guidelines only specify the maximum size of head&amp;face image- 32mm height:hair to chin, and 28mm width: right ear to left cheek.
For overall picture it should not be less than 40 X 35 mm.

Bigger size does not hurt. If the head&amp;face image size is ok, don\'t bother to cut it.
