I485 pending and going to India

My company filled for I140,I485 6 months ago.
Due to personal reason planning to relocate to India . I am sure our lawyers will cancel my
If I need to come back to US for a business or leisure trip, will I face any problems in getting visa, as my I485 has been filled and pending as of today?

Yes, if you apply for non immigrant visa at a US consulate other than H1 or L1, the immigration intent expressed before will cause rejection of the visa. Better apply for withdrawal of 140, 485 and have proof of such filing- if you absolutely do not have any desire to come back into US.
