Case Study:
Its been seen that if i140 and i485 is filed seperately, i140 gets delayed because BCIS considers i140 notice date as i485 notice date. I know lot of people are worried why their i140 is not yet approved. This may be one of the reason. Please post your thoughts and if you are one of them whose i140 got delayed or getting delayed because of this.
