Submit all the paperwork at once!
Because the processing time before was really delayed (because of the visa cap), people didn't submit medical papers (including I-693 Medical with Vaccination Supplement) with the initial application for I-485 and waited for the notification of the USCIS to submit them. Things have changed since as the visa cap was lifted, therefore you should submit all the papers that are required (including I-693 Medical with Vaccination Supplement) with your initial application for I-485, if you don't want your case to be delayed unnecessarily.
