Hi,

I have been reading all the postings in this excellent Forum for the last year or so, while waiting patiently for GC.

First FP July 2002
Second FP Dec 2003
TWO EADs

Today, I was surprised to see my case and my wife's case have both been approved. No RFE, no interview.

I stayed with same employer for last 4 years and staying at the same address. Possibly, these may have been contributing factors.

Thank you all and keep having full faith in BCIS.

Congrats!!!
The slow trickle continues.
Some think they got approved by not changing employers others think AC21 triggered approval- whatever works.
There is hope for all of us.

I don't think same employer and same address helped...how do they know that you have not changed job without issuing RFE.

It's random that they issue to RFE to some and approval to others..

EAD renewal or AP renewal informs CIS about the current employer and address.
