Hello everyone,
wanted to check if any of you visting this board have filed for aos under the i245 extention which ended in april 2001, if so, have you heard any approval from vsc, after applying under that law.

My husband and I have done fingerprints in 10/01. My husband get his I-485 approve on May 10, 2002 and I’m still waiting for my I-245/I-485 approval. Sent ou 2 RFR on Nov 7, 2002.
