I think I should made more clear, In fact My employer has given me the LIN # verbally and not given me the actual Receipt notice stating that lawyer will soon send the original, That's the reason I want to make sure, I don't have any bad intentions nor I want to spy for anybody.

Well, from online I do not see LIN# tied to name but once you have your number , you can check it online to see when they mailed it and from then it might take week to 10 days to get the receipt letter in mail.
