I485/I140/AC21 -What to consider for Job Change?

Gurus please share your thoughts and experiences on the following

Can anyone comment on the following questions, These have been some nagging question in my mind (All these are pertaining to a case with I140 approved more than a year ago, I485 pending for more than a year, Non-Concurrent filing) -

1. What are the issues in changing employers while you are waiting on I485 approval?

2. What are the steps NECESSARY to change employers while you are waiting on I485 approval?

3. Is anything needed from the original petitioner of I140 and current I485 petitioner to complete the GC process if one changes a the job while waiting on I485 approval?

4. What harm if any, the employer who originally petitioned the I40 could cause?

1. What are the issues in changing employers while you are waiting on I485 approval?
------ ask the new employer if he is ready to give you future permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties as on your approved LC, if says yes join him, if he says No, dont join him
2. What are the steps NECESSARY to change employers while you are waiting on I485 approval?
---- join him with H1 transfer if you have valid H1 or with EAD then file the AC21. for filing AC21 you need your I-485 reciept copy+ new employer letter+ cover letter with your request to invoke AC21.
3. Is anything needed from the original petitioner of I140
--NO, ( if poosible try to get the copy of approved LC particularly the form ETA750 A becase on that form item 13 has your job duties and it will be help to write the same/similar job duties)
and current I485 petitioner
----- I-485 is YOUR petition
to complete the GC process if one changes a the job while waiting on I485 approval?

4. What harm if any, the employer who originally petitioned the I40 could cause?
--- in your situation past employer cant harm if you update the USCIS with new employer letter with same/similar job duties to invoke AC21
