I485, Green Card thr Employer in EVC model

Is there any risk getting i485 approval / GC through employer in Employer Vendor Client model ?

I'm in 5th year of H1b, I found one consultancy who is ready to sponsor GC on day 1.
As I fall into ROW quota so after approval of I140 I will be able file I485.
Do you see any risks of getting GC in EVC model ?
