I485 got approved for May RD

My case and my wife\'s have been approved on 02/20/2002 per AVM.

Followings are some details:

WAC 01-225-xxxx (EB3, China)
RD: 05/10/01
ND: 07/02/01

AP: 10/23/01
EAD: 11/01/01

FP: 10/5/01 scheduled 12/07/01

On 11/01/01, message changed to "on Dec. 29, 2001, fingerprint received,..."

Faxed INS (1-949-389-3482/3484/3485) on 01/25/02.

AD: 02/20/02.

Approval letters received: 02/23/02.

I do not think our cases are very lucky ones as I saw some August\'s cases have been approved. For those of you who think their approvals are overdue, you can try to do something and that will make you feel better at least (I am not sure my fax to INS mattered eventually). Also, do not look at the site every day, it makes you more frustrated.

I visited the site from time to time and was not very active to post messages. But I do appreciate many information and advices I got thorough the GC whole process. That is why I posted my case info and hope it can be helpful to those still in waiting.

fax contents ?

What information and letter contect did u fax ? As i want to fax a similar inquiry.

Sorry to get back to you late. I do not think there is a standard fax form for this. I just mentioned in the fax when my I458 application was filed with the WAC#. I noticed that some cases with later RD or ND have proved and hope my case get a timely action ... and hope to hear from them soon.

The purpose is just to bring attentions to your cases. Actually I faxed three times. Two in weekend and one during the weekday. Different time to do the fax may have different effects.
