I485 / GC based on future intent to marry or opposite sex civil union!!!

I have been in a relationship for 4 years and have been living with my girl friend for 2 years. I plan to get married to her in the future. I am applying for GC through the employment route. However she already has a GC.
Qs:
1. Is there a route to obtaining GC sponsored by my g/f based on the fact that we have been in a relationship and living under the same roof for 2 years and exhibiting a future intent to marry?
2. Is there a route to GC, not based on marraige but based on some sort of opposite sex civil union arrangement? (In Europe marraige is NOT the only legal and constitutional form of relationship between a man and woman. A constitutional union between a man and woman living under the same roof but without the religious institution of marraige is very well considered equivalent to marraige.)

I am very, very, very skeptical about any of the above mentioned mechanisms existing in reality.

To be even considered for GC your GF should be married to you. No other civil union is considered valid for this purpose.
