I485, G28 , chnage job after 180

I File 485 in 11/02, and changed job by transferring H1B in 12/03. My question is:
1 Do I have to info INS the change?
2 Do I use G28 change my immigration lawyer?
3 Can I put myself in G28, or is it exclusive for a lawyer?
