I485 filing

I'm on TN and just filed my 485 since number is current for June, unfortunately my wife had not been granted a TD, so was hoping to file CP as mine gets approval. Fortunately, she is getting her TD to join me my the end of the week. So since the numbers will be unavailable by next month, can I file her I485 as soon as she gets here
 
She can file I-485 if she is in the US before June 30, and she files before that date.

There is much to do to submit an I-485, so you better get busy.

Also, remember that YOU absolutely cannot leave US until you get AP, otherwise your I-485 will be dead, and you cannot use your TN anymore to enter.
 
Thanks Nelsona. Fortunately or unfortunately, my lawyer called me today saying that USCIS has returned my I-485 because they say I am not current which is a mistake because my PD is Nov 2005, so the lawyer was telling me that they were going to mail it back today, and I told them to hold it a BIT so that when my wife gets here we can send it with hers on monday. She is pregnant so I'm not sure how the medicals would be.
 
If you have not scheduled the medicals, there is almost no way that she will be able to submit her I-485 in time.
