I485 filing

Friends,
I am in the process of applying LC under EB2 category thru PERM process from Virginia. Assuming i get LC approved before the FY2006 visa numbers are exhausted, Will i be eligible to file for I140 and I485 simultaneously?
Does I485 filing has any current date concepts where LC priority date has to be before I485 current date?
What is this date for I485 at the processing center dates website(https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Vermont)?

I would really appreciate if you could answer my questions.

------------- if PD is current you can file I-140, I-485, EAD AP, if PD is not current then employer can file only I-140

Thanks ginnu for responding. I was told the EB2 is current and if LC is approved under PERM before the end of this year, means before the visa numbers expires, i can apply for I-485. I am not sure the about the prirority date.
1. Do you mean when i apply PERM LC, i will get a date and that date is the priority date?
2. And this priority date has to be current for the processing center where i am applying for I-485?
3. Currently I-485 dates for vermont is sep 23 2004, means i cannot apply?
