My H1 expired in July 02. I have only completed 2.5 years on H1. I filed for H1 extension in May 02 but have not received approval yet.
In the mean time, my I-140 has been approved. I am ready to file my I-485 but the problem is that H1 (and I-94) show expired date.
What should i do. Should i file with receipt of extension application or wait for the H1 extension approval.
Please Help!!!
