I485 filed, but option to get relocated

I filed for my I485 a month or so back. But cause of some reasons my employer is closing down the campus I'm currently working.

If I'm able to relocate to another location (both in US and outside US) and work for the same employer, can I continue my GC process? What are the hassles in this case?

Find the same/similar job with other employer in US with H1 transfer or you can relocate to other site of the same employer. GC is for future job
Request your past employer NOT to revoke I-140 if he agrees then you can use AC21 through new employer after your I-140 gets approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days
